Eligible orders are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello.glowmons@outlook.com and we’ll review the issue.
To help us resolve your request, we may ask for photos, videos, your order number, or return of the item depending on the case.
