How do I choose my creature?
Each of the ten creatures has its own element and colour of light. You choose your creature on the product page before adding to cart.

What's included?
One GlowOrb crystal-style sphere with your chosen creature, plus its LED display base. Place the sphere on the base, switch it on, and you're set.

How does the light work?
The creature sits inside the sphere and is lit from within by the LED display base, giving a soft ambient glow — no harsh light, no clutter.

Shipping & delivery
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Standard delivery typically takes 6–14 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number so you can follow every step of the delivery.

Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Eligible orders are covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee. If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll review the issue. We may request photos or a return depending on the case. The guarantee applies once per customer/order and does not cover abuse or repeated claims.
